Who We Are & What We Do?
What does "Apostolic" actually mean?
It simply means "sent out." Just as Jesus was sent by the Father, He sends us out to share His love with the world. We believe the church isn't just a building we sit in; it is a movement of people sent to bring light to dark places.
"As the Father has sent me, I am sending you." — John 20:21
Why do you talk about "Five-Fold" ministry?
We believe God gave five special gifts to help the church grow strong: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers. We need all five of them working together so that every believer can mature and do the work God called them to do.
"So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service..." — Ephesians 4:11-12
Is this a new type of church?
Not at all. We are actually going back to the roots of the very first church in the Bible. We want to love, pray, and serve exactly like the first followers of Jesus did in the Book of Acts. We are building on the oldest foundation there is.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." — Acts 2:42
Do you have Apostles and Prophets today?
Yes, we believe Jesus never took these gifts away. The Bible tells us that the church is built on the foundation of apostles and prophets, with Jesus as the cornerstone. As long as the church is here, we need these leaders to guide us and help us hear God’s voice.
"Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone." — Ephesians 2:20
What is the main goal of this ministry?
Our goal is to see God’s Kingdom grow everywhere, not just inside the church walls. We want to see lives changed, sick bodies healed, and broken hearts mended by the power of Jesus.
"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations..." Matthew 24:14
What We Believe & How We Worship
Do you believe miracles still happen?
Absolutely. We believe God is just as powerful today as He was in Bible times. He does not change. If He healed people then, He heals people now. We pray with faith, expecting God to move.
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." — Hebrews 13:8
Why is your worship so expressive and loud?
Because God is great, and He deserves great praise! The Bible tells us to clap our hands, shout, and sing with joy. When we worship, we are celebrating who God is, and we hold nothing back.
"Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy." — Psalm 47:1
Why do you speak in tongues?
Speaking in tongues is a beautiful gift from the Holy Spirit that helps us pray when we don't know what to say. It builds up our spirit and brings us closer to God. It is a promise for believers, just as it was on the Day of Pentecost.
"All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them." — Acts 2:4
Is the Bible your only rule?
Yes. The Word of God is our final authority. We don't follow human traditions if they go against the Bible. Everything we teach and do must align with Scripture because it is God-breathed and perfect.
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." 2 Timothy 3:16
Do I have to be perfect to come here?
No, nobody is perfect except Jesus. The church is a hospital for hurting souls, not a museum for perfect saints. Bring your mess, your questions, and your past. God’s grace is big enough for you.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace..." Romans 3:23-24
Your Walk with God.
How can I be saved?
It starts with a simple, honest heart. You must turn away from your old life (repent), believe that Jesus died for you, and be baptized. When you call on His name with faith, He promises to save you.
"Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38
Does God really have a plan for my life?
Yes, He knew you before you were even born. You are not an accident. God created you with a specific purpose and a future filled with hope. You have a special part to play in His story.
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11
Why do I need to be baptized?
Baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. It is like a burial—you bury your old sinful life in the water and rise up as a new creation in Christ. It is a command from Jesus that we joyfully obey.
"We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead... we too may live a new life." — Romans 6:4
How do I grow closer to God?
Relationship takes time. Talk to Him daily in prayer, read His Word to understand His heart, and gather with other believers. If you draw near to Him, He promises to draw near to you.
"Come near to God and he will come near to you." — James 4:8
Can I serve in the ministry?
Yes! Every believer is called to serve. You have special gifts that God gave you to help others. We are one body, and every single part is important. We want to help you find your place.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace..." 1 Peter 4:10
